You'll soon discover that there are a multitude of very original slimming recipes. Choose, learn, cook and eat beautiful dishes. Start with a veggie lasagne for example! Other ideas: a light aubergine bake, a ratatouille or even lobster with basil. If you don't know how to cook, don't get discouraged - try to participate in some group classes.
